DESCRIPTION

WebConsole is a browser-based attendant console that runs inside Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or IE. With centralized administration , you never need to touch the operator’s PC. WebConsole offers many additional features to include Jabber, WebView, and support for add-on modules like Call Queueing, Reporting, Finesse Widgets, Call Tracker, Call Assist, and Secure SMS messaging.
