Notice to all Customers –

Microsoft released KB5041578 update on August 13, 2024
Two of our customers since then have reported issues related to this patch, removing the patch resolved the issue. The symptoms are varied, one customer had a nonfunctional system, and the other customer server had high processor utilization and was running slowly.

It is our understanding that Microsoft will release another security update next month to resolve this issue, in the short term all customers should avoid updating this security patch.
